Hi,

I need to re-fix some fairly short length (max 1.5m) skirting boards after I have installed a new wood floor.

I didn't want to screw them into the wall (dry lined) and then paint them, so I have bought some Gripfill Max to hopefully glue them.

Firstly would glueing them be okay? If so, do I need to PVA the plaster before I attempt to glue.

Sorry if this is a basis question but any advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks,

Damian

Using gripfill is fine,

You don't need to pva the wall, just make sure the wall is clean, grease and dust free. You might what to tempary nail the skirting or put something weigthy up against it while the gripfill takes hold
