re-pressurising and venting boiler

Hi, I have a two year old Worcester Greenstar Condensing ZB 7 28.

I have to bleed the radiators in the house a lot, which I'm not sure is right, but this makes the boiler pressure drop.

Can someone tell me how to A, re pressurise the system and B, how to then vent the system of air.

Hope someone can help.
