Hi

I have recently bought a house with a sterling alarm 10 fitted. I asked an alarm technician to check it (after hours fiddle work job) and he said it was still working ok but that there was a 10 minute delay on the alarm going off as this is what the previous owner had wanted.

I do not want this as I am having a vocaliser or similar fitted to contact me if the alarm triggers, but i want it to sound immediately.

He said that he may need an engineer manual to do this?
Can it even be done?!
It would be great if someone can help with this or provide info to change this. I am reluctant to change it if it works ok!

Any ideas?

Thanks
Rob
