Reach for the remote!

Extremely fed up of reaching for the remote to turn the volume down when they show an ad break.

Why do they turn the advert volumes up when they know people will only turn the sound down.!

Not customer friendly at all!

why will people search the house for their remotes before just walking over to the tv?? ( yes i know some have no buttons at all, but most do)
