any help would be greatly appreciated.
I cannot read any e-mails that have been sent to me or for that matter cannot send anything to the usual channels (Orange/Freeserve/Help and support section)
What can I do to resolve this problem. It was working O.K. only 5 days ago but has decided to fail again for an unknown reason, without me making any changes to my e-mail account,
thanks.

what does it do when you try?

is there an error message?

What do you do when you try to read email?

Are you using Outlook Express or what?

What antivirus do you use?

when I try to look in my inbox, it says 8 messages but does not display anything apart from all the junk e-mails.
Im using norton security.
There is a response (8x800 CCC 90 and 0x800 CCC 18)

Does "Inbox" have a + against it?

Do you mean you click on "inbox"

If that is an error message, what is the full text that is displayed?

edited: I don't know "Windows Mail" as I don't use Vista.

john pearce, when you set up your new computer's mail programme, did you visit orange.co.uk and view their guide to setting up windows mail? I did this and found it most helpful. ;)
