The point I was attempting to make is a legal one , but we will agree to diasagree , about service agents :) .
Biasi boilers , 360 installed , 42) 24s & 28s Prisma/riva's , combis , 52) 24 SR Riva systems boilers .
38) Parva/Riva Compact systems boilers , & 62) combis .
All the above are not condensing !

120)Riva H.E , & Garda H.E combis , 46 riva H.E systems boilers .
All the above are the atmospheric condensing boilers , what you might refer to as the cheap ones ? how do you want it , do you want the condensers only or do you want all of them ? do you want in- warranty faults only ? or do you want something like boiler installed 2001 ,fault occured 2002 repaced fan e.c.t ?

Whatever is easiest for you to collate.

But particularly the number of warrantee faults for each model type.

Info on out of warrantee faults is interesting as long as it includes the time aspect.

1st installment biasi prisma/riva 24s 28s combis 24sr systems , biasi gave a 1 year warranty on boilers , on our 8th installation we gave a 2nd year warranty, on all biasi boilers installed , 'underwritten by ourselves', not insurance co ! except on 7 boilers installed at a school, any boilers inthe following 'marked' school would mean they are on 24/7 52 weeks of the year!
we have 'never' had to change , any ignition or detection leads on any biasi boilers due to faults (take note ravenheat).we have never had an in-warranty fault with any syatem boilers,1st or 2nd year!! the only components ever changed on 52 installed systems boilers are , boiler installed Oct 99 fan changed Feb 03, boiler install' Mar 01 control board June 09.

2nd installment .
biasi parva/riva plus combis & systems boilers , all boilers with the word school , means boilers on 24/7 52 weeks a year total boilers here is 100, bot there are I beleive a further 3 mini c's ?? but I dont have them on record .all parvas came with 2 year warranty , as the riva plus was the same boiler I assume it also did my records list all boilers as parvas , but many were riva plus badged .
No diaphram washers included , some auto air vents would have been changed , as general maintenance , some combis were used as systems boilers , all of these records are in long hand so it takes me time to sort them .
24 combi oct 01 ,fan march 03 warranty . 24 systems L.P.G, oct 01, ign pcb feb 04, fan nov 04 . 28 combi school nov 01 , fan dec 02 fan march 05 , ign pcb dec05 fan jan 07 . 28 combi march 02 ign nov 09 .24 combi march 02 fan march02 next day .28 combi aug 02 ign pcb jan 07, g.vvlve may 08 . 24 combi school aug 02 , fan oct 04 boiler removed feb 05 due to building works .24 combi nov 02 fan may 03 .24 systems boiler june 03 ign pcb sep 07 . 24 systems boiler june 03 pcp feb 08 . 24 systems boiler oct 03 fan & ign pcb jan 09.

I am not aware of any other faults on these boilers , some people may have died , moved , or gone else where ? condensers later in week !!

:) 3rd installment biasi condensers riva compact & garda H.E. essentially the same boiler ! as far as I am aware the garda is only available from B&Q(?) at some date biasi introduced the C2 models main differences are gas valve , a single pcb , flue stat , H.W flow switch .

166 boilers installed , 1st one nov 04 ! 6 boilers were installed outsid the U.K (L.P.G ) & no warranty was given , I am still aware of these boilers . 3 boilers were linked together on 1 installation 1 year warranty, on 24/7 52 weeks a year (school) July 06 . All other boilers had a 1 year warranty from biasi , but we gave another years warranty (not insurance )2 yrs total .

combi dec 04 fan aug 09 . systems july 05 ign jan 07 . systems aug 05 ign feb 08 . systems june 06 flue stat aug 06 Warranty! systems C2 july 06 pcb june 09. combi C2 oct 06 pcb aug 09 . combi C2 dec 07 diverter motor dec 07 same day as installed same boiler N.T.C april 08 warranty !

in total 2 faults under guarantee ! a further 3 boilers were purchased & broken for spares . biasi have now(?) introduced the the Mk 2 version different parts , they now come with an alloy heat exc not stainless , I hope they have got it right ?? I have no exp' with the pre-mix models .
I am of the opinion that the early S.R rivas were the most reliable boilers of there type we have used , I would have to admit that all of them have proved to be reliable to date ! hope this has been of help to all !
