recommend a laminate underlay please!!

im going to lay some laminate in my hallway and front room but im unsure on what type of underlay to use.

i know the floor is concrete and i guess i need a barrier of some sort??

i will be setting up a surround sound system in the front room so want to keep echos etc to a minimum(i know almost impossible on laminate!!)


can anyone recommend a decnt but good value for money underlay to use ,

i dont really want tuse the foam or fibre boards from homebase etc as im sure there is better stuff for the same sort of price!!
