Recommend a pipe boot for felt roof?

Can anyone recommend a pipe boot/collar for retrofitting a 40mm waste pipe through an existing felted roof with a slight pitch?

Looked at dektite but can't seem to locate their installation instructions.

Any of you good ppl on here used a good product for this before?

Have you used any of them. Couldn't seem to find a demo that was specific to existing felt!
