Recommended extractor fan

hello guys, I need an extractor fan for my new bathroom. The room is 10SQM and has a shower. From what I've read the regs say 15-20 times air throughput so I'm assuming I need anywhere between 150 - 200SQM of movement. It's one that has to bolt onto the wall over the cavity and out the external wall. Can anyone recommend a fan for the job?

Room volumes, and fan throughputs, are measured in m³ not m².....
