I cant find my old router box. The ethernet card on my PC I dose not have drivers for it for windows, So it dose not work on windows O.S.
The ethernet card only works on my linux O.S (since everything is plug and play with linux) but there are no drivers for Dahua in linux

Slim chance, but it may just be possible to view the stream via VLC, but you won't be able to configure the camera etc.
This also relies on the camera being in a suitable streaming configuration to begin with!

Hello, our company works with dahua ip cameras. One of my colleague asked me to enable IP camera stream on ubuntu 16.04. If I try to enable thru a web page chrome/firefox, browser ask for plugin and if I click to download, web browser throws an error, it can't be reach... Any ideas how to...

I do have have VLC media player, but how I would set that up though the ethernet port, no idea! Basically all I want to do hear is record from the SD card (the SD slot found on camera) without buying the recording box

I did on the other hand find a box of something which I do not know what it is
But it dose have cam 1-3 ports on the box

I would have hoped after all these posts, you would have had some idea of what it is
You might start by reading the instructions!

There are none! its just a dusty old box
But as stated above about routers; would this not work as a router for cameras into router then router into PC?
