red marks appearing on newly painted walls and ceilings

Hi,

Did you ever get these red marks resolved??

We are getting these type of marks on top of the bathtub, table and occasionally on the walls. Exactly like your photos.

For your info we are in Australia.
 
We had something likethis years ago. I thought it could be the result of a local mixed paint being incompletely mixed.
