how do i test that please seco
just read some of the instructions on this shower as i don't useally fit redring showers and they work abit different to other showers.
the neon will only glow bright if on the high setting, glows when on mid setting and the lowest setting the neon is off.
have you got the shower set to high setting ?
and temp about 6.

got it on high but no neon. i usually just fit them not repair them but this is for a friend. Wish i didnt bother. you know what its like.
yes this shower don't work like the miras etc.
is there live power at the tco on the top of heater can ?
