For the last week or so the hot water tap in the Bath has a reduced flow and it now takes forever to fill up. The flow for the shower and the basin in the bathroom are fine. All Hot water is supplied through a tank heated by a boiler.

Also when you turn the hot water on in the bath it sputters for a minute.

Any help appreciated.

It may work its way out - the spluttering at the hot tap is air.

How long have you been in the property? Is this the first time it has occurred?

You could try bridging the hot and cold water. If you have a mixer tap in the kithcen it may be you could do it by putting your hand over the outlet and turning both hot and mains cold supplies on - or use a hose bewteen the two - or link across washing machine supplies.

It could be another fault such as blocked pipes, faulty tap but as you are getting spluttering it does sound like air.
