I have a Vaillant Turbomax Plus 824/2E boiler and am replacing a too small radiator in the bathroom with a towel rail. I have the installation manual and am just making sure that I have identified the two filling valves correctly. As you will see in the picture valve A is open and has been left like that since installation 4 years ago. According to the book it should be closed after filling - if this is the correct valve i.e. the cold water filling valve, should I close it after filling or leave it as per intallation?
I have used valve B to top up the pressure twice since installation but need to make sure about valve A. Would appreciate your guidance.
Many thanks,
Mike
