Refitting a radiator sequence

Hi
Taken a rad off the wall for replastering etc; Bosch worcester greenstar combi boiler system.

When I put it back and reconnect pipes, what is the best sequence to follow to refill etc?

open rad valves & refill rad, then add water at boiler filling point until 1.5 bar reached?

or, add water and repressurise before filling rad then adjust pressure/water top up afterwards?

Or dosen't it matter?

I assume system should be cold and switched off?

Any useful advice welcome.

Chuck it on the wall ...tighten nuts and open valves.
Vent rad until full or air stops. Check system pressure and top up......repeat as necessary.

Boiler turned OFF !!!
