I think reform are a mixed bag. Nigel mostly talks sense, but I'm not sure the rest of his team are up to it.
As usual it will be a choice of the least worse. If cutting taxes for wealthy people results in the repatriation of wealth to the UK, then tax receipts go up. After all it's wealthy people that pay the most. As we've seen from Rachel's disastrous budget strategy, sometimes raising taxes doesn't result in increased tax receipts. The more you tax the top 1%, the more they find "other ways".
