Reform Policies

May. The local elections will be an utter disaster. They'll try and portray it as mid-term blues, but everyone in Labour knows that Starmer has become toxic.

But... whoever replaces him, they'll be worse. I think the public has had enough of Labour and the whole concept of socialism. I and many others hoped it had modernised and embraced capitalism, but this lot are more Arthur Scargill than Blair, they've forgotten all that they learnt.

We need a government which will get rid of all this socialism. For starters we need to privatise all the public utilities and other government owned companies, deregulate the City, clamp down on the unions, sell off council housing, and shift the tax burden from income tax to VAT.

Time will tell

Unlikely. I've been around long enough to know politics continually moves

And that's just pure bs

I'm not sure if you mean all of this or are just trying to antagonise!

We have lots of problems with high bills, polluted rivers and money being siphoned off from the privatised water industry. Do you think more of the same would be a good thing?

IMO in general, public services are best in government hands, especially if they're a monopoly, competitive industry is best done privately.

No, not antagonise. I was lampooning your claim that we are a socialist country.

You don't know what a communist is so you can't judge.

You support Reform, you defend everything about Farage and the party and when questioned you mentioned that you wouldn't vote for Greens, Lib Dem, Labour, Conservative......but you missed out Reform

Poor Aveatry too cowardly to admit he supports Reform.

Poor Aveatry, claims he was told clever to support Brexit yet clearly supports Brexit.
I dont get why you keep wanging on about the same thing - do you think I care what some random nut job on an internet thinks.
If I ever voted for reform I would have no problem whatsoever in telling you but the fact remains I have never voted for them.

I never even voted in the brexit referendum as I could see everyone was lying - I didn’t believe any of it, and I was right, you on the other hand believed what farage was saying and YOU voted for brexit -YOU voted for farage

As far as I am concerned the fox hunting is the killer for me. Anyone who could be so cruel to an animal cannot be a decent person
Personally, I am completely against fox hunting. I see it as a pastime for the nobs who enjoy chasing a fox (or as many as they can get) on horseback, presumably making themselves feel big and powerful.
Has Nigel Farage actually overtly said that he supports that and would like it to be legitimised?
I thought that he was talking about 'trail hunting' which, to me, is a far more humane way of enjoying a chase and not endangering foxes.
I stand to be advised otherwise.

Even where their population needs controlling?

That type is yes.

He is pro-hunting (the nobby toff type) and makes no secret about it.

He will support the nobby toffs anyway he can.

Yes, and while they're at it, a new government must immediately reverse not only this ridiculously damaging mass illegal immigration from France and begin to remove all illegal arrivals into this country.
Legal immigration can be to our benefit, but what is now happening in thousands, if not millions, is not only damaging us and our country, it is leading to an eventual take-over of it.
Why on earth is this Labour government intending to build masses of new council housing estates to accommodate illegals? Well, I suppose it might be cheaper than housing them all in four-star hotels, but why? Do illegals really deserve to be provided with free housing, especially as we have many ex-servicemen now living on the streets?
Along the same lines, does France happily provide their illegals with anything like what we do, including free healthcare, etc.

I think it's not only easy, but also apparently popular to criticise Farage. I wonder why?

Anti-UK, Brexit proponent Fromage? The same slimy weasel that seeks foreign influence and money to taint this great country in the furtherance of his treasonous traitorous grifting activities?

I can't think why no.

Not worth a considered response.
