Reform Policies

I'll ask again - How can an alleged victim of racism, win a pay-out if there is NO racism?

I'll wait.....

FAIL.

... that someone can have a nickname ...
The nickname only has to have racial connotations. Of course someone can "tolerate" it for years and still find it offensive.
Do you understand the meaning of 'tolerate'?
To tolerate means to accept, allow, or endure something—particularly something unpleasant, annoying, or disliked—without prohibition, interference, or complaint.

And still no answer. The RWR sure live up to their ignorance.
You seem to be failing to understand that there is a difference between.
Racism - apply your appropriate dictionary definition, hatred, prejudice, etc.
Reference to a protected characteristic in the workplace, that is not intended to offend.

Do you see a difference?

It's not about whether the offence was intended, it's about whether it has the capacity to offend.
It's about the impact not the intent.
And no racist is ever going to admit intent.

Nonsense.
