Refurbing my Parquet Flooring.

We are getting ready to buy a townhouse but several of the upstairs bedrooms have Parquet flooring that is damaged. I mean seriously damaged! I will post the image here for all of you to see. Well I can't figure out how to post an image lol. Anyway the floors in the bedrooms are pretty damaged and the parquet have come off. How can I repair them and how to restore the ones that look pretty grungy? If anyone can tell me how to post a pic I will post it here.
