Regs or rules regarding loft insulation and heat from lights

Hi everybody, I am about to fit loft insulation and I was wondering if there
are any rules or Regs with regards to the heat from flush fitting lights.
Do I have to build a box affair around them or just cut the insulation a
distance from the lights. Hope someone can help, thanks in advance. Ben

Buy some intumescent fire hoods or put some terracotta flower pots on top.
