What's by best option for regulating the hot water temperature in my bathroom, but without turning down the temperature of my cylinder (standard indirect, unvented). I want to keep the water in the cylinder hot for the kitchen and utility room.

Could I get some sort of thermostatic valve to add mains cold to the feed to the bathroom taps and keep them at a sensible temperature?

The bathroom is new so I don't want to be swapping out taps for thermostatic ones (besides, I don't think I've ever seen a thermostatic basin mixer!)

Fit TMV2 compliant mixer valves to the hot outlets but you MUST comply with the install instructions to be effective. Make sure they are easy to remove/service.
