Regulations confirmation on rafter insulation

Guys, firstly my apologies if this topic has already been discussed. As yet i have not found a definitive answer to my musings..

Essentialy i am planning a loft conversion and intend on insulating the rafters myself. Below is what i believe is the correct configuration but would appreciate some confirmation i am on the right track or not.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Probably should have mentioned that since those details were drawn up the U values have changed slightly, check out the regs: http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/uploads/br/BR_PDF_ADL1B_2010.pdf page 17 table 2.

Ok so now at 0.18 W/m2k..

Well at least i can be assured that my new office and adjacent snug will be .. well snug!
