Relaying carpet

i have recently beeb decorating my sitting room. i took my carpet up to save a mess from the plastering. when relaying my carpet it has a few "waves" in it where it had buckled/creased when it was stored in the garage.
is there anyway of getting these crease marks out. ?

Is it a foam backed carpet?, if not is the underlay flat.
You can hire a carpet kicker
or
You can try kicking the carpet with a pair of trainers on, just work across the carpet, it can be done
