Black people are seven times more likely to die following police restraint in Britain. There is two-tier policing – but not one that favours communities of colour,” she said.

As usual, completely ignoring the obvious fact that young black men are much more likely to be involved in crime than the average, which is why they end up restrained, so why they're more likely to die as a result.

It's not exploitation, it's discussion of facts. The official police guidelines are racist against white people, this case highlights that.

As ever, politicians over-compensated for wrongs in the past - the Steven Laurence case should have ensured neutrality, instead it went the other way.
