relocating a manhole with 2 pipe connections

Hi there

We are putting a single storey extension on the front of a property. This will go over an existing manhole that has 2 connections, one from the kitchen and one from the GF WC.

We do not want a double seal cover over as they are unsightly. Therefore, how can we relocate the manhole to the outside of the property? Can 2 foul pipes cross through each other in a cross roads situation as tis would allow 2 separate manholes further from the property?
Alternatively how difficult would it be to move the WC pipe to go straight through the external wall into a manhole rather than accross the house as it currently goes? Desruptive?

Provided all pipes are accessible (not prohibitively deep) and it is practical to do so, i.e. maintaining falls, straight runs etc, then drains can be rehashed.

You need to take a common sense approach, bearing in mind that pipes need to be rodded, they need to be as straight as possible and they need falls. If you are on a shared run then don't hinder your neighbours flow.

I think you may find that you are not allowed to build over the manhole even if its double sealed etc, i hope for your sake you dont find out you have a major public sewer close by as we just have!

so is it ok for 2 pipes to pass through each other as long as they can be rodded from either direction?
