I'm in the midst of a big renovation project which will soon include the relocation of the stop cock to a completely different part of the house.

The existing water main comes in to its current location under the wall and through a concrete floor. Will the newly laid pipework have to come under the foundation and up through the floor as well, or can we avoid having to break in to the concrete floor in the new location?

Thanks!

750mm deep is the 'golden measurement'... until the supplier comes along and sets their stopcock/meter at 300mm
