Remeha Avanti Plus issue

hello,
I have an Avanti Plus boiler. The boiler has no error messages.
But when the heating is switched on manually or timed it will then not turn off. We either have to switch the boiler off or reset it ?
(For heating water we have no issues - on and off no problems).

Do I need an engineer round to fix?

It is unlikely to be the boiler, more likely a motorised valve. Whether you need an engineer rather depends on your confidence with electrics and plumbing.

Is it a System boiler (separate HW cylinder) or a Combi boiler (no cylinder)?
