Remote dimmers

We have 2 living room lights, each on a separate switch on the same box. Does anyone know if we can purchase a double remote control dimmer switch?

.... and sorry for sounding dense, but wanted to check with our learned colleagues... I take it the GU is referring to the type of spot lamp that these will work with?

... and I take it they won't work with LED style lighting?
