Removal of applications on pc

I need to find some extra storage space on my C drive. I have got rid of all the unnecessary applications which are listed in 'add/remove programs' in the Control Panel. But, looking in the Windows Directory I can see that there are other programs in there own folders that I do not need eg - Dreamweaver, Netmeeting, movie maker, Plus.

How can I get rid of these? If it is not possible without specialist knowledge, can I transfer their exe files to my F drive (which is a separate physical drive in my machine that I normally use for data). This would give me a few extra megabytes in the C drive

What version of Windows have you got?
 
just delete if you are sure, then go back to check they are gone

store all your useful data onto your F drive, or copy any important stuff from your c drive to F drive, my tip would be to clean out anything you really dont need, send it to recycle bin, then do a disk cleanup from C drive properties, click all the boxes. let it run. then do a defrag of system if it needs one.

try a reg fixer, at 'www.tweaknow.com' its a treat and gets rid of anything you dont want or know about, go a step more with spybot search and destroy, run a defrag and your machine will be like new, but the dust will remain if somebody doesnt clean if off!! - btw thats reallhousework, dusters, elbow grease, so be aware :D
