Removal of chimney breast and load bearing wall

Hi all new to the forum. I was looking for a little advice regarding a house we are considering buying. It's a 1930s 4 bed semi. Standard design/brick etc.

The issue I'd like advice on is potential knockthrough between a small galley kitchen and larger dinning room. In essence we would like to create a kitchen dinner. Upon closer inspection not only a supporting wall would to be removed and supported but also a chimney breast. The chimney stack itself has already been removed. I had my head around the removal of load bearing wall, and subsequent rsj etc. I'm unsure how feasible and costly the removal of a chimney breast and wall is. I do know that I would need a structural engineer. The section of the wall to be removed is around 3m.

Difficult to be accurate with a floor plan, but DIY probably about £1k all in.

If you get someone to do, depending on how much gubbins there is to move (light switches/radiators etc) from £3k-£5k would be my guess
