hi all, i'm knocking down a supporting wall that has 2 chimney breasts, one on either side. any advice on how to support this while getting the RSJ in and permanent support for the chimneys. (acros are in place either side of the wall to support floor joist but obviously there will be nothing supporting chimneys, including central section of wall above once the wall and chimney breast are remove below)

why not remove the redundant chimneys altogether while you're at it?
did consider this but they are a nice feature in the bedrooms, cast iron, tiled etc. and have built in period wardrobes to the side of them. thanks anyway
