Removal of silicone one with

I have Stanley knives and a multi tool with a straight metal cutter, one with a "diamond" dust half round, and a curved sharp edged tool
Is there a chemical by any chance. I don't want to mark or break any tiles

i got that and some blades...used the blades to get the chunky bits of nearly flush with the tile
then used the screwfix model which after two go's removed it all
