and how do you fit a BS546 plug to a moulded wal-wart psu? croc clips? or just accept that a standard 13a socket is ok on a lighting circuit

A silly person installs a non standard socket then when said silly person discovers he can't plug his wallwart in that said silly person purchases a non standard plug, piece of 3 core flex and a 13A cable mounted socket and joins them together:

Problem solved; when said silly person wants to vacuum clean the loft insulation, said silly person cannot plug Henry in to the 5A socket.
Just like a bungalow there's just one flaw in that idea.
