Could anyone tell me how to open the filter on my awm 822 so that I can unblock it?

I've removed the front panel, and the filter appears to be clipped on, along with three screws holding it in place but I cannot get it loose

My machine is not rinsing

The 3 screws hold the pump and filter assembly to the front panel.
You only need to unscrew the centre piece of the filter and pull it out.
Any water still in the machine will pour out when you remove the filter.

I've managed that now, but having taken out the centre piece, no water is coming out, I suspect the blockage is in the pipe coming down into the filter, which is attached to the filter with a heavy clip.

You'll need to get pliers to fit that clip, slide it back, pull off the pipe and see whats stuck in it. Loads of towels to mop up the deluge too.

Unplug your appliance before working on it.
