I need to remove a resin shower tray to fit a new waste but the tray was installed using masses of silicon sealer holding it to the floor. Any ideas how I can break the adhesion of the sealant - clearly not easy to get under there?!

Tiles on the wall? If so, you may have to remove the first row of tiles. Is it on the wooden floorboards or floor screed?
