Removing a snake effectively

Put on your gloves

Dangle down hole

Ensure feet are visible for a quick grab and pull

Use a torch to attract snake.

Wake snake up, trying not to make him too angry

If snake is angry, he may nip. This is the best time to grab him.

Once caught, knock him out and carry to surface

Take catch home to show off to the ladies and then have a barbecue

Is it not the snakes catching the black man? The photo was taken from the snakes perspective? Hence the cameraman passed the snake, then the man grabbed it, or otherwise...

And the snake is like a chaingang...leading the men to be led to be made into handbags and shoes?

Was the photographer not Darren Lyons? He's a bit of a snake?
