Hello

I have a garage which is 100mm from the neighbouring fence. It has asbestos roof and side panels. I plan to remove all the sheets. On the side with the 100mm gap I will build a 250mm (10inch) wall on the garage forndation. On the opposite side extend by same amount by constructing the wall on a 500mm (20inch) foundation.

The side opposite the door has a 100mm thick concrete wall. Do a foundation there and put up another 100mm wall (now 250mm).

Can some please advise if that will be faesible. See sketches.

Thanks for your advice.

Nitell

Thanks for your replies.

I have never done that type of addition, such as the 100mm, before, so I wanted to see if anyone could spot any error.
