Removing coving and a Ceiling Rose

Hi,

Is there a way to remove coving and plaster ceiling without damaging the ceiling artex as the people that used to own the house have coved around the built in wardrobes, thus I now have coving in the middle of the ceiling?

I also wanted to get rid of the coving adhesive as well
