Hi, I am a newbie to this site so hello everybody.

I am hoping someone can advice me on how remove excess dried grout from floor tiles. I had some builders in and they did not clean up very well after grouting. The black grout has now set and left a greyish haze on the tiles making them look dull. I'd appreciate your advice. I've read something about salfumic acid, but not sure if it work or where to get it from in London.

Just keep rubbing and wiping with a scourer and a sponge. It'll come off.
