Removing hardened silicone excess from upvc window frame?

Hi

As title suggests, this isn’t about removal of usual old sealant. We have a fair bit of really hard silicone which has stuck hard to the upvc window frame. It’s probably been there since we had a new kitchen about ten years ago.

I’ve tried Soudal and cutting knife but that’s making v little impression.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
