I'm dismantling the kitchen and I'm struggling to remove the water pipes from the tap! The hot and cold pipes go up into the housing of the tap and I can't see how to pull the tap off? Is it a case of a good yank? I've even taken the side tap bits off but had no joy.

I've attached a couple of pics!!

Thanks

You need to disconnect the copper pipes from the isolation valves then the tap will lift out.
I can see you've already removed the fixing on the c clamp.

If it's a 35mm hole it might be a tight fit with the iso nuts still attached.
I'd take the copper tails out of the mixer then lift the tap off.

How do you take the copper tails out of the mixer? Can't seem to get them out

Have you disconnected them from the isolation valves ?
If so then just turn them anticlockwise and they'll unscrew.
