removal kitchen mixer tap URGENT

wanting to know how to remove a dorf mixer tap Started to renovate the kitchen and cant work out how to dismantle the tap.

Can't help though

Sorry I've never heard of a Dorf tap.
Turn off your water and cut and cap the supply pipes to it with pushfit ends.
Pipe your new tap with flexis.
