We will be removing a non supporting wall to make enlarge bathroom, which used to hold up the the cold water feeder tank, Can someone tell me what the procedure is for doing this, would rather do this myself then paying a builder to do. Any help appreciated:)

If it's genuinely non-supporting then start at the top with a lump hammer and bolster/chisel and work your way down.
