Removing old water system

Hi,

Just purchased a house with the old water system (tank in the loft, water cylinder and tank above it in the upstairs bedroom). I want to install a combi boiler - so where do I start removing the old system?

since gas will be involved yiou get a heating engineer in to do the job

you know much about plumbing .water/gas can be dangerous.
