In my wisdom I did my kitchen walls in textured paint.And the i painted it a burnt orange.Its got chipped of the course of time and im fed up with he colour now.Hows the best way to remove it from my plasterboard walls preferably by not sanding it.Or is there an easier option of just painting over the orange i will be painting it a light colour so would probably need something to cover the orange first.Thank you in advance for any advice given
