Hi

There is a slow drip coming from the shower tap. I would know more if I could get the tap top off!
It is a chrome tap with an appendage sticking out the side. I can unscrew the appendage which leaves a spigot with a small hole in the centre.
Is there a grub screw at the bottom of the hole? There doesn't appear to be anything else to hold the top on. I take it, it isn't a push fit that just needs a good tug.

Thanks

Mike

PS sorry if the jpgs are too big

There will either be a grub screw at the bottom of the threaded piece sticking out after handle removal, or that threaded piece may have a hexagonal interior and itself be a grub screw.
