Removing valves from radiator

It all depends on how neat and how good a job you want, it's a pretty easy thing to drain down, remove the nut and olive, drill a 16mm hole and fit the flooring over the tails coming up through the floor.

That's what's showing on your photo although the hole through the laminate looks a bit ragged.
