I have only one key for my Renault cilo year 2004 where is the best place to get new key cut it will be costly from renault

ebay for the blank,then ask timpsons if there willing to cut it.
they did on my mk2 ford galaxy,lazer cut jobbie but from what ive heard they stopped doing them now?
