Hi all
Hope someone can help me with this,A few months ago i bought a renault trafic 1.9 dci on a 03 plate 6th gear did not engauge but it was going cheap as it was spares or repair It was going well until today then i lost 2nd gear then 1st so its now time for a box and clutch ,slave cyl etc !!!! Can anyone recomend where i can purchase a second hand box or overhaul kit to rebuild the box And any clue why this happends seems quite a common fault

very common problem in these vans, the same with the equivelent nissan box, primastar i think it`s called, i`d advise going to parts gateway website, they will do a search of all the scrap yards in the country tell you who has stock and then you just ring them up, and they will send you one through a courrier service, probably get a six month warranty with it too, i wouldn`t go through the hasstle of trying to rebuild it, hope this helps..
