There is a crack under my bedroom window as shown here (sorry, you'll have to twist your neck to the left to get a good view!)

According to the building survey report carried out last year, 'our inspection of the main walls revealed some signs of movement in the form of cracking to the render and the brickwork on the front elevation'.
They suggest repairing, obviously. I'm thinking that we will eventually replace the windows. My questions are;
a) is it worth waiting until I get new window?
b) or is it something that needs repairing sooner rather than later?
Cheers
